Domestic Disaster Response
LOVE MERCY DO JUSTICE
When disasters strike, we respond. Love Mercy Do Justice works through Covenant churches, regional conferences, and trusted local partners to provide timely relief and walk alongside communities through long-term recovery.
Right now, Spokane needs us.
The Spokane area fires are disrupting lives, displacing families, and placing tremendous strain on local communities. In partnership with Covenant churches and trusted local leaders, Love Mercy Do Justice is preparing to respond with compassionate, Christ-centered care as needs emerge. Your generosity enables both immediate relief and the long-term work of recovery, ensuring that when the headlines fade, the Church remains, to bring hope, practical support, and the promise of restoration. Together, we help communities move beyond survival toward restoration, strengthening local leaders and congregations so they can continue serving their neighbors through every season of recovery.
Will you stand with our sisters and brothers today?
Like the Good Samaritan, we are called to see, serve, and come alongside our neighbors in their greatest hour of need. Crises expose the vulnerability of those on the margins and Jesus calls us to respond.

Your gifts to the Domestic Disaster Response Fund sustain both immediate relief and long-term recovery. Together, we have responded to severe flooding in Hawaii, Typhoon Maerbok in Alaska, the Maui wildfires, Hurricane Beryl in Texas, Hurricane Milton in Florida, Hurricane Helene in North Carolina, wildfires in California, Typhoon Halong in Western Alaska — and now, the wild fires in Spokane. Thank you for being part of this vital work.
