140th Anniversary Celebration at Gather 2025
GENERAL | PROJECT UPDATE
Gather 2025 was a tremendous success, and we thank you for your outpouring of hospitality! Global Covenant leaders—presidents from 17 sister Covenant denominations and their spouses—joined us to celebrate 140 years of the Evangelical Covenant Church. They shared stories of transformation and bore witness to what God is doing in their unique contexts. The Covenant community was deeply blessed by their presence, teaching, and leadership.
Throughout the gathering, Covenanters from around the world worshiped, danced, ate, learned, and challenged one another— experiencing the richness of the global church and the strength of our mission friendships. These meaningful exchanges reminded us that we are part of one shared story, shaped by mutual dependence and a common calling.
This time together at the Annual Meeting was especially important as we look toward the future. We need one another's wisdom, faith, and perspective as we continue God's work together. Thank you for your generosity and partnership, which made this important gathering and season of mutual learning possible.
