Ministry Overview: The Asia region of Serve Globally has personnel in Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, East Asia, and national partners in India, Nepal, and the Philippines. Five global personnel retired and returned to the US. Emerging young leaders need to deepen relationships, train, challenge, and open their eyes to see and join mission work in the future. It seems the great need is financial support, but we see that both global personnel and national partners need training in leadership, management, counseling, finances, and self-sustainability.
