Ministry Overview: I am a physician assistant by training. I partner with local doctors, nurses, and community health care workers as we attempt to help improve healthcare being given in the northwest region of DR Congo. Since May 2021, I have also been working part-time at the Vanga Baptist Mission Hospital about 200 miles east of Kinshasa. My favorite part of ministry is translating for visitors when they come to do medical training. I also enjoy doing research to find new medical protocols or up-to-date information to share with my fellow colleagues to help aid in giving good care to patients.
