Ministry Overview: Whether homeschooling missionary children, teaching English, or teaching in an international school, I have loved using my passion to teach while serving God overseas. Currently, I serve as lead elementary teacher at Chiang Rai International Christian School (CRICS) in northern Thailand, where many of our students’ families are involved in various ministries in and around the area. To me, this means the impact of the work I do in the classroom goes well beyond those four walls.
When families know the educational needs of their children are being met, they are freed to do the work God has called them to do. Outreach to the Thai community is also a priority, with 30 percent of our student body coming from local Thai families.
