God has called and gifted women to serve in all areas of the church. We seek to support women ministry leaders to meet the challenges of seeking call and serving churches through continuing education and cohort connections. Gifts to this area will be used to enhance initiatives that sustain women clergy to meet the challenges of pastoral leadership and educate congregations about the full call of women in ministry.
