The Continuing Pastoral Education Initiative (CPEI) is a decentralized training program that equips pastors in the Congo Covenant Church (CEUM) with ongoing professional development.
How it Works
- Congolese-led training: Experienced Congolese trainers develop and teach practical, theologically grounded materials tailored to CEUM pastors.
- Accessible locations: Six four-day seminars are hosted in strategically located centers across a region roughly the size of Ohio—so most pastors can reach a training site within two days.
Impact
- 8,000+ pastors have participated to date, making CPEI one of CEUM’s most successful leadership development efforts.
