Ministry Overview: Along with Chris Peterson, I provide supervision and care of our Serve Globally personnel serving Europe. We visit our Serve Globally staff to provide supervision, counsel, encouragement, and resources.

We act as a liaison for the Evangelical Covenant Church with national church leaders and like-minded organizations who are partners in ministry in Europe. We attend national gatherings and meet with the leaders of these churches and organizations as we seek to collaborate in sharing the gospel in Europe.

We participate in the leadership team of Serve Globally, meeting three times a year to strategize, plan, and evaluate the Covenant’s strategy for international ministry worldwide.

The five major spheres of ministry for our Europe Serve Globally team are:

• Incarnational ministry in the European post-Christian context
• Church planting and church revitalization
• Ministry in the arts
• Ministry to commercially sexually exploited and trafficked individuals
• Refugees, immigrants, and asylum seekers (RIAS)
