A New Home for a Church Plant in the Dominican Republic

Tal Como Soy (Just as I Am) is a church plant in the Dominican Republic reaching those who have felt on the outside of the church and outside of God’s love. Global personnel pastors Tammi and Jochy Hernandez are faithfully serving their community, creating space for youth and young families who have felt unwelcome by the church or their own families. Thank you for your support in 2023 which supported Tal Como Soy’s bimonthly outreach events, welcomed new members into the church community, grew the basketball ministry, and invested in church leaders.
There is still an opportunity to help this vibrant, young congregation purchase the land necessary for the congregation to build a church that will allow them to continue to grow and invite others into experiencing the incarnational love of Jesus.
